THE ROOFTOP EXCLUSIVE FLOOR offers the exclusive use of the hotel’s top floor. The beautiful space effortlessly accommodates different generations, from grandparents to younger guests, in an atmosphere of comfort and ease.

To complement all mini buy-out options and configurations, we also offer private dining experiences, available indoors at The Glass Yard or outdoors on the Rooftop Terrace (weather permitting), adding flexibility, intimacy and a further layer of exclusivity to the stay.

    Located on the fourth and top floor of the hotel, THE ROOFTOP EXCLUSIVE FLOOR can be reserved in its entirety, becoming a private residence overlooking Piazza Santa Maria Novella on one side and the rooftops of Florence on the other.
    The floor includes THE GRAND and THE SUPER PENTHOUSE, offering the rare feeling of a secluded home above the city.
    Together, the two residences feature four independent bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, allowing every guest to enjoy complete privacy, comfort and security while sharing the pleasure of being together.
    The Rooftop Terrace, naturally sheltered and discreet, is designed for shared moments: an intimate setting for private breakfasts, aperitifs and exclusive dinners, away from indiscreet eyes.
    Interiors are defined by a timeless neo-vintage aesthetic and enhanced by antique wooden floors mounted in large tiles, soft tones and generous natural light, creating spaces that feel warm, elegant and welcoming.

Created by the union of two spaces, it is located on the top floor of the property and enjoys direct views over Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its Basilica. Arranged over two levels, it features two living rooms dedicated to convivial moments, along with more private areas: three bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms located on the upper floor. Within the quiet of our urban townhouse, the space lends itself naturally to candlelit dinners, marriage proposals, and private celebrations for up to 12 guests.
