THE PLACE Firenze is located in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, the main hub for high-speed rail connections, and a 7-minute walk from Florence Cathedral (Duomo). Florence International Airport (FLR – Amerigo Vespucci) is approximately 25 minutes by car. Pisa International Airport (PSA – Galileo Galilei) is about 1 hour by car or 1 hour and 15 minutes by train, with arrival at Santa Maria Novella station, just a few steps from the hotel. Both airports can be reached by taxi or private transfer arranged by the hotel upon request.

No, however a valet parking service is available with a partnered garage located approximately 100 meters from the hotel (extra charge, upon request).
6. Can the hotel be reached by car?
Yes. The hotel will take care of registering the guest’s license plate to allow access to the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) of the historic city center.

There is no traditional check-in process: at THE PLACE Firenze, guests arrive as if visiting friends, by ringing the doorbell at the main entrance. They are warmly welcomed, invited to relax and enjoy a drink while the registration process is completed.

Yes. THE PLACE Firenze hosts small, tailor-made events in intimate settings for private celebrations, corporate events, family gatherings, and anniversaries. Guests can choose the atmosphere and setup best suited to their needs, from intimate celebrations to small business meetings.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
1) What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available from 1 to 3 days prior to arrival, depending on the rate booked. For bookings of three or more rooms, the hotel may apply a specific guarantee policy, which may include a non-refundable deposit equal to 40% of the total stay. This policy is determined based on the number of rooms and nights booked.
